IGROW RENTAL A ****

I moved in 2019 in at Sydney Park and no inspection was made I was moved from other unit that had too many faults and not ready to occupy a tenants... Today I'm out they want to tell me about damages but we don't have a snag list or money in inspection was never done... Meaning I must give them a brand new unit but I got a unit that had cement splatters and dusty had to do a deep cleaning and bath tub didnt drain, windows dirty... What really makes me angry I sent email to lady Janine who did the exit inspection and maintainance admin asking what are they comparing the exit inspection with cause the was never inspection done when I moved in? Today the send me an email with a quotation amounting to the deposit I paid clearly they take people for granted and they're very ******** never respond to any of my emails.... SO WHO EVER WANTS TO RENT WITH IGROW RENTALS THINK TWICE AS THEY ******* PEOPLE
