IGrow Provides False Information, Zero Customer Care Mixed with Bad Developers

My experience of IGrow started off well with professional investment and bond application staff BUT since the transfer of the property it has been a terrible ordeal. The estimations from IGrows calculations were off by a long shot, with a difference in levies alone to be 100% more and the actual rental vs expected rental being 12% less per month.

This investment has turned into a liability for all disgruntled owners of VISTA VERDE in Somerset West.

The developer and IGrow have been in a dispute with each other for over a year because of very bad construction work, and apparent ****** building material. To add to the problems IGrow, the managing agents and City of Cape Town have not resolved the problem of excessive electricity tariffs incorrectly charged at the beginning. This added a huge R200 000+ deficit to VISTA VERDE'S books, which in the end falls on us owners.

I WILL NOT BE BUYING THROUGH IGrow again and I hope my review will make the next person think twice before buying into any of their schemes. In the end they only care about your money and once they have it they're gone.
