Igrow property & real estate - A let down!

I logged a geyser maintenance issue over six months ago with Igrow who is managing the property am letting. Six whole months of me following up on a resolve date with no luck but a bunch of excuses of why it is not resolved! I only get a little response IF I follow up & then it dies down till I follow up again extremely frustrating.The worst managing agents by far no care whatsoever about their tenants as long as you are paying the rest is your own problem. They will fail you on a simple maintenance issues. If Igrow manage your property please background check on how efficient they are on address issues brought forward by tenants is extremely essential not only is this a healthy for business but also an owner can rest assured their property is being taken good care of. They fail both owner and occupant and simply do not give attention to maintenance as required!
