Their failure to secure tenants, mismanagement of rental properties, and lack of communication have directly impacted our bottom line. Avoidance of Accountability: Despite numerous attempts to address our concerns with Karen and her team, we've been met with nothing but silence and excuses. It seems accountability is a foreign concept to them, as they continue to evade responsibility for their failures. This post serves as a warning to fellow investors and a call to action. We deserve better.
