I moved out end of January 2025. To this day I am still waiting for my deposit. I handed over a place that was in a much better condition than when I moved in. R9500 is my deposit and they expect me to just let them ***** it. Every month there's a new person working that portfolio, and that is the excuse given when I enquire about my deposit. Kyle, an agent did the entry inspection who gave me excuses about the things I mentioned, but the exit inspection was done by an independent person, Andre, who shifted the blame to the company.
