iGrow Just doesn't care - 2 months without a geyser
Geyser has not been working for 2 months in a rental unit at The Aura, iGrow Rentals doesn't care at all. I am paying full rental and they are dragging their feet getting a geyser fixed. Imagine having no hot water in this cold Johannesburg weather, while paying full rental monthly. 8 FULL WEEKS IGROW 8 FULL WEEKS!!!

Please note that the property owner is arranging for a contractor to attend to the geyser, as our recommended contractor and the body corporate’s contractor were unable to access it due to its location on the top floor.
We will continue to monitor the matter and ensure you are kept informed of any updates.
