IGROW is very Unprofessional!!!!

Poor maintenance support! Ignored maintenance requests! Unresponsive to issues and lack of regard for tenants' concerns. As soon as you move in, you are on your own. They will just collect your money every month. That's all. Stay away.

BEEN CHASING THEM FOR A GOOD TWO WEEKS OVER A GATE REMOTE. A STRUGGLE TO ENTER AND EXIT THE COMPLEX. SENT EMAILS AND THEY JUST DON'T CARE. I WON'T EVEN START ON MAINTENANCE REQUESTS THAT GO UNATTENDED. MOLD, LEAKING, BROKEN TOILETS.. JUST A MESS!!!
