Igrow is great!! with one catch though...

I've been renting with Igrow (Lombardy Meander) for about a year now and I'm happy, (well almost). For some reason my water bill tripled with no explanation. Other than that, they offer some sleek and modern apartments at an affordable rate. Just beware of potentially inflated water bills.
