Igrow investment/Sydney Park horrible place to stay
have a complain about the place where I'm renting agent or the developer igrow investment are not taking our concerns seriously and very much ******** all the care about its money... The complex is new but everything is falling apart from the bedroom wardrobe, the kitchen zinc leaking the kitchen cabinets doors are falling the walls are cracking the painting outside still not finished ... The change things like billing when it suits themselves of which in the contact doesn't state any of the changes.... The place is just a mess with a very poor security service and they're still busy with construction yet they don't have proper measures in place in terms of safety and movement of contractors on site.... Please advise how we can get the body corporate to take our complaint too seriously cause at the end of the day we are paying and we should get our money worth
- Additional security has been hired by the developer for phase 3. The security guards that were stationed at phase 1 and 2 have been addressed and the poor performing guards have been removed. Additional security upgrades when more funds become accessible by the body corporate.
- Painting. It has been communicated by the managing agent that the corridors will be repainted upon completion of phase 3. This decision was made by the AGM and voted into effect by the owners.
- Leaking kitchen sinks. This is an issue with procurement of faulty taps. The developer has agreed to replace all taps and they have completed most of the units. The units that are not fixed is due to tenants not granting access to the assigned team.
- Wardrobes. This was brought to the attention of the contractors and they have sent out a team to fix the affected units.
Kind regards
