Igrow horrible service

I have had the worst experience with this company. A ticket that I have logged over a year now and still hasnt been resolved. I had a leak from the above unit which resulted in mould and damage to the ceiling and walls. I have been sent from pillar to post with the damages still not being repaired but I am expected to pay for services that is being failed horridly!! Do not cross paths with this agency. You will regret it.
