iGrow - Great at marketing, failing dismally at execution.

iGrow offers a product which on paper seems good but their execution is very poor. Service is non existent, communication is poor and you receive very little to no guidance on the offered structures. Some of the developments are questionable in terms of security and tenant placement takes very long. Regardless of the fact that you are paying for a service, you are better off appointing your own agent and accountants. In fact, if you read Sec. 13 yourself you could probably do the whole model by yourself by using independent agents, accountants and achieve better results.
