Igrow are rental deposit ****mers

I rented an apartment from these guys, they didn’t even bother coming to do the handover, I got the front door keys from security. As a property manager myself, I did my own incoming inspection and sent them the report but now they are charging me for the things that I noted to have been damaged when I moved in. Locks had no keys, light bulbs were blown out and I fixed most of the issues. I moved out of the apartment at the end of March and I haven’t received my deposit till this day. Horrible is an understatement, *********** doesn’t do any justice in describing the service and their conduct. I’ve been dealing with a lady by the name of Colleen, she ignores my emails and she’s never available on calls. Rent from them and regret
