iGrow are doing a horrible job at managing Lombardy Meander and and even more horrible job dealing with the tenants.

If you are thinking of leasing an apartment managed by Igrow, This again..., that is unless you are willing to living in a newly built dump and are willing to chase after them for 2 months and counting in order to get your rental deposit back

I was a tenant of Lombardy Meander, which was visually appealing at first, but once I was in, I immediately regretted the decision of staying there. The place was filthy. The common areas were hardly cleaned. Dirt would literally build up as if nobody stayed there. And the construction work drove me up the wall. I had no issue with that the complex was continuing to be developed, my issue was that there was never any communication. You would wake up Saturday morning with no water because the contractors cut it off because they are fitting pipes or what ever. When you call igrow they also say they don't know, its the contractor. like ***!!

Now I am out of the complex, and have been for close to months and I am yet to receive my rental deposit. I have literally been sent from pillar to post. From Gerhard, to Tiffany to Maintenance and to admin. no one can tell me what the hold up is. Literally the only "issue" from ,y exit inspection was that there was a scratch on the wall. which I know was there when I moved in, the agent at the time, Jimmy, noted it in the previous tenants exit inspection so I am waiting to see what story they are going to try and spin around that.

It was actually a smart move for me to opt to rent there before buying. now I know for a fact would have been huge mistake.

My unit number was 62, Block 4.
