Huge hot water bills - stay away

Do not rent with this company. All the tenants hot water use is exorbitant, very high. Our account is R1600 for 1 bed 1 tenant! We were paying average of R800 which is still high but now its double out of nowhere. The boiler system is used and they make us share a bill equally for a block of about 8 flats. We need geysers! We have been complaining for about 3 years and were promised that Impact Meters will go as they blame readings. We now plan to even get TV coverage for this issue.
