Horrible service and seems like a ****

We have had the WORST experience with this group. Currently in the process of buying an investment property in Bedfordview with iGrow as the rental manager, Black Brick as the developer, and Angor as the developer's property practitioner. We have been forced to pay an exorbitant amount of occupational interest due to MONTHS of promises to register the bond property in the Deeds office. No one can give a clear indication of when it will be registered and we just have to keep draining money towards occupational interest instead of our mortgage bond! This is absolutely ridiculous and seems like the biggest ****! So many promises and flashy proposals but NO action or delivery. Steer clear of this property practitioner group.
