Horrible experience at Thornbury Gardens

I have been staying at 32 Thornbury Gardens since 2021. I reported broken tiles in 2022 but nothing has been done to date. The whole apartment looks like a ***sty. I spoke to Thembeka Kama who later ignored my emails. All my neighbours tiles were fixed during the week except mine. It’s not the first time it happens, every year their maintenance issues get resolved except mine. I have been quiet for too long and I’m tired.
