Please dont waste your time with these people. I feel it is my duty to out this on here. They do not care about their clients, are rude and have no ethical values. They do not hold themselfs to the ethical values other property

We have reviewed the matter and can confirm that the rental mandate was cancelled in April 2026. At the time, we did not receive notification from the landlord or tenant regarding the tenant vacating the property, and no arrangements had been made regarding the transfer of the deposit.
Our Asset Manager is currently investigating the matter and is working to have it resolved within the next 48 hours.
