Great Customer service

I just want to provide some feedback on my experience with Glenda as my Bond Originator. She has assisted me in securing 2 bonds in the past 2 months and has done her best to secure a good rate for me. Because I am self employed I have always struggled getting bond finance but Glenda made the process so smooth and she has been extremely responsive. She has been on top of everything including personal phone calls to confirm details and best position my applications. She made me feel like i was her only client and i am grateful for this experience.
