FABRICATING REPAIRS WORTHY R7600 EQUIVALENT TO THEIR MONTHLY RENTAL, INORDER NOT TO PAY DEPOSIT BACK. ******** AT ITS BEST.
struggling with these people to get the balance of our deposit from them. What they did is to fabricate repairs which were not done. Imagine repairs for R7600, I HAVE ASKED FOR PROOF OF REPAIRS AND TILL NOW NO VIDEOS OR PICTURES OF THE PEOPLE DOING REPAIRS. I HAVE ALSO REQUESTED A CCTV FOOTAGE TO SEE WHEN DID THE NEW TENANTS MOVED IN THE UNIT BUT STILL NOT DONE. I WONT REST UNTIL WHATS DUE TO ME BEING PAID BACK. I MIGHT BE POOR BUT I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I GET MY MONEY. ALL THE RENTAL AGENTS INVOLVED IN THIS SCHEEME I WILL EXPOSE THEM . WATCH AND SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THESE ********.

This matter is currently being looked at by management in order to provide feedback.
When contractors are asked to do repairs we do not record them or take photos while they are busy working, we do however, do another inspection.
The new tenants moved in after signing a contract with their date of occupation. We are not allowed to share personal information of other clients.
We can assure you we are not ******** and follow strict protocol when working with our clients.
