Extremely Disappointing Service and Unjust Deposit Deduction

I wish I could rate this agency ½ star — utterly disgraceful.

I rented a property in Blue Rise and kept it spotless. The only issue was a cracked window, which I reported through their system, but no one ever followed up. - horrible ,HORRIBLE !!!communiction by Thembeka Kama and Luticia Brown

A week before moving out, I had a break-in and all my belongings were ******. This was highly suspicious, as the agency had taken photos of my property for sale just a week prior — they knew exactly what I had and where it was. I filed a police report and have a case number.

During the exit inspection, despite cleaning the property meticulously, the agency held me responsible for damages caused by the break-in. I am expected to receive only R1,000 from an R8,000 deposit.

Communication and service throughout my tenancy were terrible. Agents only contact tenants when money is involved, ignoring requests and failing to provide assistance. I am unfortunately renting with them again in a supposedly safer area, but the same poor service persists.

This agency is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unreliable.
