Empty promises by Igrow

I've recently decided to rent an apartment from Igrow property. However, not knowing exactly what i would go through. I've had many issues with the agent as snags were not done in the home. It now became my problem to contact the maintaince company myself to sort the issues out. Igrow property has not helped me once and has always made excuses to cover up their mistakes.

The agents at Igrow property never responds when needed unless you looking for an apartment. Once you have occupied the apartment they tend not to worry about the issues relating to the home. I've had many issues with my agent and I am still having issues with the snags at my home. Everything was sent via emails as a way of responding because whatsapp messages were never answered until this day. I've been going through this from the time I've moved in and nothing has changed. Nobody has gotten back to me with regards to the issues mentioned before moving in( although was brought up in a viewing and was said it will be done prior to moving in). All problems became non-existent. Also, what do you do as a tenant when there's a burglary and when you asked to assist in putting safety gates they cannot do it?

IGROW Property never cares to think about their renters but rather just do what they need to. I will never go through their agency again and I hope nobody else decides to go with them and to make the same mistake that I did.
