Don't Go There!!!!

Sydney Park, Boksburg – I have nothing positive to say about this place. We moved in on the 1st of September 2021, Jadé Pretorius was our sales agent. We took a video when we moved in knowing so we could know what to be accountable for when we moved out. A month before moving out we can gave them a full month notice and we also requested that Jade be the one to help us with our final inspection since we had a video, we eventually moved out and no one had responded to our email. On the 7th of September we then assisted by another agent Ryan and we told that Jade worked for another complex but it was still iGrow but still couldn’t help us. On the exit inspection we kept telling Ryan that we had a video with Jade in it where we did the inspection of when we moved in he said he’d finish his inspection and we would then compare with the video once the breakdown was done. We paid R5878.53 deposit + R1000 admin fee when moving in. Or breakdown came at R1391.03 return, all the things they wanted to charge us for were exactly the way we had found them, and we had video proof. We also got charged for the exit inspection, and then Payprop Processing fee, Maintenance Handling fee (These things were not told to us when we moved in). After sending them the video they then said we would have to discuss the matter with Jade AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WE TRIED TO DO WITH THE EXIT! However we were also told we had to be patient because he was on leave because of a funeral. We waited and waited and eventually I said just send whatever money back because clearly this is how they operate. It’s the 5th of October and we have not heard from Jade, They don’t answer their calls and Francois will keep sending you from pillar to post with no solution. Do Not Move Here! Overall their maintenance is bad, this place is so badly managed you will feel like staying at a res is better. The noise is out of this world. And you will not get your deposit back at all! iGrow rentals are ********!
