DON’T EVER LEASE THROUGH IGROW!!!

If I could give 0 star ratings for this IGrow Rentals, I would!! They are determined and hands on deck when they want you to pay the deposit and sign the lease once that is done they don’t know you anymore. They don’t care and don’t follow through with the necessary services.

I was assisted by Luticia Brown and Tanya Vermeulen When the lease started and we were suppose to be moving in, the apartment was dirty, maintenance was done 3 days after the occupation day however, the bathroom is still not working, the key is not working, the place is crawling with ****roaches and this is only my first occupation week.

I’ve been calling the company, sending emails seeking assistance from managers (spoke to Lyle Esterhuizen and Sue-Ellen) but no response or assistance. I regret signing that lease and paying my hard earned money. All they care about is making commission but not actually providing an exceptional service. I really just want my money back at this point and find another place and rental company as this is really frustrating and disappointing.
