DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR

I have had a terrible experience with IGrow as realtors. When I moved into the apartment, it was in an unacceptable condition—dirty, unpainted, and with markings on the walls. The state of the apartment was far below standard, showing a lack of proper preparation for a new tenant.

Additionally, the apartment doors didn’t even come with spare keys, which poses a major security concern. When I raised these issues, the communication from IGrow was severely lacking. It has been over a month since I moved in, and I have yet to receive any meaningful assistance or updates.

The inspection was poorly handled, leaving me to follow up with the team myself.

This lack of professionalism and disregard for tenant concerns has made my experience incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend IGrow to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive realtor.
