Do not trust this company and their agents

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING, DO NOT TRUST THEM, DO NOT TRUST THEIR AGENTS, I AM HOMELESS AS WE SPEAK BECAUSE OF THEM.If there was zero stars I would chose it. This might have been one of the worst nightmare and experience you can wish for. I am basically homeless because of this company. They do not pick up phone calls and if they do they're not helpful at all. They ignore emails. Imagine being homeless in this weather just because someone **** and said you will move in over the weekend but when the weekend comes no one picks up the phone. The head office said they can not do anything at the moment you will have to talk to the agent Monday knowing that you're homeless.
