DO NOT RENT THROUGH IGROW

Would definitely not recommend renting with Igrow at all. I have had nothing but an unpleasant experience with them. I rented a unit in The Angelwood in Benoni for a year and 6 months. When I gave notice a acknowledgement was received however I had to request an exist inspection numerous times before anyone came back to me and exit inspection was only done on the 23rd of December after vacating the place almost a month prior. Once I received the exit inspection report things like scratches in a bath tub, stove glass being loose and needing brackets (which i would have noticed ) and replacing a electrical socket which was not damaged was put on a maintenance quote that needs to be paid out of my deposit. Upon disputing this these items were removed, but charges to pain the unit and clean (after the unit was personally cleaned by myself and my domestic) is being charged. Reported a damaged kitchen shelf which was damaged by water from the kitchen sink which was never attended to after months of follow up which is also being billed. Numerous tenants in the Angelwood have battled to get deposits and maintenance done. Would never recommend renting from them, guaranteed you will have Numerous issues and will lost likely never see your full deposit again. I have rented a few places and never have I been told my unit is untidy and dirty before and never have I been charged with the insane things they are making the tenants problem.
