Do not move to any of their developments
Do not move to any of their apartments. If you are an owner and want to buy you will waste your investment.
I stayed at lombardy Meander in Pretoria east (Their development). The water bill alone went upti R2000 for a one bedroom, R6000 for a 2 bedroom, and up to R8000 for a 3 bedroom.
You pay your deposit when moving in but the fail to tell you that you also pay R1300 or more for water deposit and R750 to connect your fiber.
Their snakes, frogs and rats in the complex, I found a snake in my bathroom while my son was asleep.
Your will not get your deposit back. They charge you for the pettiest ****. They wanted to charge me to replace a stove that's full functional just because I stayed they for a year at a cost R9000.
They also want you to sign off your assets to them for collateral....
Their service is bad, we even staged a protest but there was no change.

Unfortunately IGrow cannot assist with your water bill as that is from a third party service provider. You can contact your portfolio administrator should you want to request for the contact details of the metering company to discuss their rates with them. IGrow also unfortunately has no control over animals/pests in and around the units.
In terms of the stove and additional costs: Our maintenance department explained the reasoning for the stove that needs to be replaced and cost involved due to the state the unit was left in.
The team could not find any documentation requesting of you to sign off your assets, but only sign an acknowledgement of outstanding payment.

05 Jul 2021, 17:26Water Bill: The service provider stated that that's the amount your company wanted. Where have you seen such high water rates even from neighboring complexes? You are making tenants pay your water construction costs. Their are no accurate meters in each unit till today.
Animals: IGrow is responsible for the safety of its tenants, by you failing to put preventative measures for dangerous reptiles like snakes and blaming it on nature just shows your lack of care for your tenant's safety.
Stove: I asked your assessors what was physically damaged or not working? and they said nothing, they were going to replace a fully functioning stove for no reason.
State of the apartment: What state did I leave the apartment in? I hired a private company to clean, the only thing that is needed is painting.
I have further enquired with previous tenants, I'm not the first you have tried to take money from by making bogus claims. Any tenant that is not there for the final assessment you create bogus claims for you not to pay out their deposits.
Assets: I do have the documents that Nicole sent asking me to sign of my assets to you. So what are you saying?

We are happy to provide you with your ingoing and outgoing inspection to discuss the condition of the property at handover and when we received it back. The pictures are time and date stamped and therefore there is unfortunately no way that this can be disputed. IGrow manages thousands of rental properties and has many years experience doing so.

IGrow sold the development, we did not build it or appoint any of the 3rd party company's.
The paperwork you received from Nicole on 23 March 2021 at 15:35, is an acknowledgement of debt, please read through this paperwork carefully.
We are happy to provide you with your ingoing and outgoing inspection to discuss the condition of the property at handover and when we received it back. The pictures are time and date stamped and therefore there is unfortunately no way that this can be disputed. IGrow manages thousands of rental properties and has many years experience doing so.
