Disgustingly Poor management - Lombardy Meander

Nice concept but poor management and execution.

The previous tenant’s issues in the apartment I’m occupying have not been addressed after a year of pestering the estate agent and will probably be charged to my account.

The maintenance supervisor is just as unbothered about maintenance topics that are raised to him - zero sense of urgency and empty promises.

Not all the lights in the parking bay work and body corp is seemingly unbothered. The clubhouse has been in the works for months now and not a single gym equipment, all there is there is a regular-sized pool (for the whole complex) and unappealing fencing around it.
