Disgraceful Service.

Dealing with IGrow Wealth/Rentals has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve had. This is actually my first negative review of a company.

The moment the property sale was concluded, their attitude shifted completely. They went from being responsive and helpful during the sales process to completely disinterested and unaccountable once they had secured their commission.

Despite the tenant paying rent, IGrow failed to transfer the funds to me as the rightful owner. I’m waiting on 6 weeks worth of rent. I followed up multiple times and was met with vague responses, delays, and eventually silence. I had to issue a formal letter of demand, which they completely ignored-a clear indication of their disregard for legal and professional obligations.

Now, I’m being forced to take the matter to the Small Claims Court just to recover rental income that should have been transferred months ago. They simply do not care and lack integrity.

I strongly warn anyone considering buying property through IGrow Wealth and allowing them to manage your property. You will be disappointed and frustrated as soon as the sale is through as you are no longer a priority. Their communication is appalling, their financial handling is unacceptable, and their conduct borders on *********. Please do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. Do not rent from them, do not buy from them and do not allow them to manage your property.
