Disappointing Maintenance Service from iGrow

I’m extremely disappointed with iGrow’s lack of urgency and accountability in addressing maintenance issues. I have been sitting with an unresolved issue for over seven months, despite numerous follow-ups.

What’s most frustrating is the lack of communication and clear timelines for resolving the problem. It feels as though once you’re locked into their services, client care becomes an afterthought.

Property management is about more than just collecting rent—it’s about ensuring that tenants and owners alike are treated with respect and efficiency. Sadly, iGrow has fallen short of this standard.

If you value prompt and reliable service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
