Deposit Refund
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with iGrow Rentals regarding the handling of my deposit refund. The maintenance charge alone represents more than half of my original deposit, and I do not believe the deductions have been adequately justified. You literally get close to nothing of your original deposit. Unfortunately, my experience with the deposit refund process has left me disappointed and unable to recommend iGrow Rentals. They are the worst agency to rent with. Good luck trying to get your deposit back with Igrow. If I could rate them zero I would because this has been the worst experience yet.
Stay away from them.

12 Jun 2026, 11:17Good day Elsie,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the outcome of your deposit refund and that your experience has left you feeling dissatisfied.
We understand that deposit reconciliations can be frustrating, particularly when deductions result in a lower refund than anticipated. Our intention is always to ensure that the process is conducted fairly, transparently, and in accordance with the lease agreement and the condition of the property at the end of the tenancy.
In this instance, the deductions related to necessary cleaning and painting work identified at the property, and the relevant supporting information was shared with you during the refund process.
We appreciate you taking the time to raise your concerns and would be happy to provide any further clarification regarding the reconciliation should you require it.
