Delay in Refund of Rental Deposit

I would not recommend this place at all. I moved out of the property on 31 January 2026, but getting my deposit back has been an exhausting process. I constantly had to follow up regarding the key handover and outgoing inspection, which they delayed for months. Communication has been very poor, and they are still delaying the refund of my remaining deposit despite the terms of the lease agreement. Very disappointing service and a complete lack of professionalism.
