COLLEEN NIELSEN - *********** STAFF AT iGROW RENTALS

I have THEE worst experience with this company, with one staff in particular , Colleen Nielsen.

It has been over a month since I moved out of an apartment that they bought from the previous owner and I have not received my deposit refund. Colleen is only now asking about the outgoing inspection which was not done by her or a representative from iGrow. A new tenant has already moved in but she is giving bull**** excuses as to why she cannot process the refund. She is utterly *********** and has zero client centricity.
