Changing of Rental after signing and paying

Igrow and the Agency are no professional I had signed my contract and stuff to move in now 1st December 2024. After paying administration fee they let us know that the owner of the unit now wants 7000 instead of the 6500 that was advertised. Nothing was written down in the correct that the owner can change the price at any given time. Money making ****.
