Can’t access my own place!!

Guys I am locked outside my own place!!!😭😭😭 how is this possible??? I’m a tenant at Greencreek and I am unable to access control system. The estate has introduces a new facial recognition system and igrow continues to make it impossible for me to load one. If it wasn’t for the access control manager who assisted me last night then I would have slept outside. Imagine???!!! What if something happens to me? A car hijack? ****? Will they account to that!! The estate has fully implemented the system and after work I won’t be able to have access to my own place.
