Below par experience after terminating lease agreement - Unimpressed.
I am not one to complain but the fact the I am writing this review explains it all. Poor customer service. Poor communication. Delays in returning funds. Confusion among staff. I would not recommend engaging with the CT team, I won't mention names as I said I would. Perhaps the JHB team in much better. Unimpressed.
