BE CAREFUL OF "CASH DEALS"

Hi there.

This is a brief but ominous personal experience for anyone considering purchasing a property from IGrow Wealth Investments.

I made an investment property cash purchase in order to generate rental income. With additional benefits and discounts, they do actively advertise these "cash offers." It appears to be an excellent deal at first, but there are a few things they don't tell you.

Ten months after the building project has been completed, a tenant has been found, a lease has been signed, a deposit has been received, etc. On my own property, which I paid cash for with the intention of earning rental income in the first place, I am still making "occupational interest," also known as "rent."

You are obligated to pay "rent" until the property has been registered in your name by a condition in the contract you sign. I am paying rent on my own property for more than a continuous ten months even though I paid cash for the home and am the owner.

You can tell me who has been receiving the rent for the past 10 months and how long it will be until I actually begin receiving rental revenue, perhaps 12 months or longer. The procedure has so far been continually delayed.

They will undoubtedly claim that this department and this individual are to blame instead of them, but why does such a "promising organization" deal with such individuals in the first place?

Do be careful when choosing IGrow Wealth Investments as they have cost me more money than what was promised or marketed.

Regards
