Bad service

Very bad experience with IGrow in Stanford Mews, Parklands. Firstly, we viewed a unit that we were promised is an exact replica of all the other units in the complex. When we moved in to our unit, our flat did not have any top cupboards and hob which was promised to us before we signed the lease. Anytime we complain about anything, nothing gets resolved. We got falsely charged (double charged in fact) to pay water at a ridiculous amount, that only got reversed when we enquired about the price. We received a false fine charged to our unit with a higher price than what is stipulated on the lease agreement. Really not impressed with the treatment here. Especially at the gate, it’s like living at a res.
