Bad service

I am not sure if this is incompetence or just purely the most pathetic service I have ever had to experience. After I wasted my time and petrol to view an apartment at Clearwater Village with Ryan Wolter I still have not received any feedback from him since the 1st Feb 2024 at around 8:30am when he promised he would call me back asap but didn't bother and because of his incompetency I found myself driving around trying to find a storage facility for my furniture because clearly the plan to move my furniture to Clearwater wasn't going to happen. This is the same morning I was awaiting for confirmation from him after numerous calls, texts and an email I had sent. I am still keen in finding out the reason behind all of this. Is this the kind of service iGrow renders? Is there first preference perhaps? Is there a reason Ryan hasn't gotten back to me? if the answer to the above is yes, Why was my precious time and petrol wasted to even drive all way to the complex to view an apartment he knew I would not be placed in. I have heard stories and read reviews about the bad service from property agents especially from iGrow but this has to be the worst all of them all.
