Bad service!

If you need stress in your life, buy through iGrow. It takes time to get a response; the portfolio manager seems nonchalant about the client's needs and seldom responds. Now there is an issue with a tenant occupying my house rent-free. I was told to wait as they would intervene, but when I inquired, there was no feedback provided. Also, when you escalate the query or request for the portfolio manager to be changed, you don't get feedback. I purchased through them for peace of mind because I am not in South Africa, and I was promised exactly that but got the exact opposite.

Dear Akhona

After discussion with the Portfolio administrator we have been advised that your tenant has not vacated the unit after receiving the required Notice to Vacate. The Portfolio administrator has advised you that the eviction process needs to commence.
We will be in touch to discuss next steps.

The main issue here I have no portfolio manager, I have mentioned that I don't want the lady who I have been assigned because she takes time to respond. As for Niniva and Colleen they are at least responding to emails and have informed me of the problem at least. What about getting a new portfolio manager who can help me with my portfolio?Nobody has been assigned and have sent lots of emails.

Colleen is your Portfolio Administrator for The West End and manages your portfolio.
Who is the Portfolio Manager you are referring to?

In my understanding, there is a property administrator and a portfolio manager (Berna). Colleen does somehow respond, but for this aforementioned person, I want her removed. Initially, I had David and had peace of mind; every query and problem was resolved, and I was always given assurance. I called or WhatsApped to be told the query was being taken care of. I had never had to ask twice; whether it was his job or not, he made sure the peace of mind that I was sold was given. I had never even had to deal with other people.

The property problem has not been resolved yet, and I have to ask for feedback to get a response all the time. The tenant is still occupying the house rent-free, as per the last complaint. In order for me to know what's happening, I need to ask, as no feedback will be given. In business, a client who has a complaint needs at least a courtesy call or feedback in the form of an email, some form of assurance for peace of mind.

Again, at least the two respond, even though I still need to constantly ask. As for Berna, she blue-ticks and never responds to emails. Again, I am asking for the portfolio manager, not the administrator, to be removed. I know the service from her is not the best, but compared to Berna's, which is nonexistent, it's better.
