Bad security and armed ******ies
Stay away from Lombardy Meander!! High water bills averaging about 4k per month because of heat pumps. Armed ******ies while people sleep. 2 in Nov with one stabbing, 3 today 18 Dec amd security does not patrol complex. Management called police when we protested against these things. They just want your money. The common areas are dirty. Some fixtures are poorly done. RUN!

Yes we do assist with rental management and yes we did do sales within the development, but the owners have voted in their own security company and managing agent. We are however trying our best to see where we can try and relay messages to the correct people, but unfortunately we are not the decision makers.
