Bad processing of rental refund by portfolio manager Lézanne Mc Leod, and the whole Igrow Rental agency!

Igrow Rentals is the worst real estate agency ever, I terminated my lease agreement before time, I gave sufficient notice(Feb 2025) which comp**** with lease agreement. On 15th March 2025 I left the unit which I informed the agency about, cleaned as per their requirement, on the 17th March 2025, I came back to clean further as the unit was now completely empty. I signed the exit inspection form, I filed for reimbur*****t as my reason for leaving was covered under their terms. I sent several emails to portfolia manager Lézanne Mc Leod, who ignored all my emails regarding my refund. I called the agency which still around 18th March 2025, asking regarding my refund, and the exit inspection which she claims was done but a report was never sent to me. I asked for the exit report inspection results which she never sent to me, I have been calling the agency and sending emails back and forth with no response. More than a month later 21st Apr 2025, she sent me an email claiming they had saved my email address incorrectly, which came as a surpise to me as to how come when they were collecting their rentals(monthly) my email was saved correctly, and now that I am entitled to a refund it is saved incorrectly. I do not recommend this agency, it has a lot of incompetant personnel, they are just a pure ****.
