Bad experience

The rental was fine,problem was after moving out. I would advise to stay away from IGrow rentals you will never get full amount of your deposit because they don’t recognise fair wear and tear.

They make you pay for repairs for fair wear and tear like a small mark on the wall, chips on the door which were possibly caused due to the door s****ping on the floor since they didn’t attend to the matter, faint marks on the ceiling which I don’t understand how I could have caused the marks,the exit inspection which it’s part of their job, a 15% charge on maintenance fee, believe me this is ridiculous.

They even took 2 full months to process the amount from the deposit due to you,when you send emails & follow up they disappear/ignore your emails. They deduct almost 49% of the deposit with their extra charges that do not make sense. This is a ******* agency. No matter your desperation stay away from IGrow,you’ll pay for fair wear & tear & extras.
