Avoid Igrow rentals!!

Do not ever rent under igrow rentals. The agents are very nice but the admin part is the worst! I rented an apartment and the apartment was really damaged, they promised to fix everything and nothing was fixed until I escalated it to the building tribunal. Even with the maintenance it was a bad job, the maintenance manager hired(Michaela) hired her fiancé to do maintenance. (This was to fix tiles and the finance does plumbing by the way) totally unprofessional and igrow did not address this. I stayed a whole week with an apartment that had half tiles and to make matter worse they put outdoor tiles. My lease expired and they charged me for unnecessary repairs which 95% was already there when I moved in. I only stayed there for a year. after that I had to follow up every single day to get my refund and I still have not received it. The portfolio manager Megan told me that my refund will be issued within 48hours but now she doesn’t answer emails or my calls. They are so unprofessional and a bunch of *******! I moved out in on the 1st of April and still have not received my deposit refund. After many failed attempts to reach igrow I have decided to expose them.
