Atrociously poor management of Lombardy Meander

The way iGrow mismanages Lombardy Meander tells you a lot about their attitude towards their work: there’s no sense of dedication and excellence. They’re unbothered about service delivery and they are unapologetically poor at managing property.

There have been countless thefts and maintenance is neglected. The previous tenant’s issues in the apartment I’m occupying have not been addressed after a year of pestering the estate agent and will probably be charged to my account. The maintenance supervisor is just as unbothered about maintenance topics that are raised to him - zero sense of urgency and empty promises.

The clubhouse is not fully equipped, there’s a regular sized pool for the whole complex and not all the lights in the parking bay are operational. The list goes on.
