I hope all is well.I am reaching out to you with a distressed heart and unheard voice by Igrow Agents . I have been in contact with Carina Koen from Igrow on numerous occasions in regards to the complex which is not well maintained and is a hazard risk towards concerned occupants, but all my emails dating February 2024 have fallen through the cracks and I never got a satisfactory response or possible solution to the issue mentioned. I am here to express my disappointment with the Igrow agent and with your honest assistance we can make this complex a better place to stay in.
