worst service

I am incredibly frustrated with the service I have been receiving from this company. It has been almost a year that I have been asking the company to switch me over to fibre. I have been more than patient with them. I call and no one gets back to me, even email complaints do not work. Herotel Offices in Makanda are the worst.
