Useless, unusable wifi and unhelpful service provider

There should be an option for no stars... This company is not worth the time. We have been having intermittend loss of internet connectivity for the last month. We have to constantly reboot the router and plug it in and out countless times daily. After numerous times of plugging in and out, we get internet connectivity for maybe 5 minutes and then connection is lost again. We have more disconnection than internet use. The account is in my husband's name and neither of us have the time during the work day/week to try sort out non work related issues. Therefore my husband sent Igen an email reporting the problem, but no response was received. We then went into their offices on saturday with the router, just to be told that it's merely an outdated firewall and they can do the update remotely, and this would sort out the problems. (Why did they not do so and advise us of this when the emailed was sent weeks before?) They could only do the update if the device was plugged in at out adress. So we went home and plugged it in. The update appeared to be done some time later. However, the following day the problems persisted and have been all along since. My husband sent them another email, just to then be told they are aware of the problem and are working on it. However, the problem still persists and nothing has been done to help us. These issue comes after having problems with delays of the installation last year and also being charged for installations fees after having been told it would be free. (What a mission to have had that resolved.) Don't waste your time, this option for wifi is not worth it. Don't waste your time.
