Should be a NO STAR rating for igen!!!!

What a pity I cannot give NO STARS!!!! I have been emailing now for the passed two weeks about my internet that just has absolutely no consistency, it keeps lagging and disconnecting, and this is only from my son watching cartoons, NOTHING ELSE!!! I have a 50mbps line which should be more than sufficient, however, it is not. This is unacceptable seeing IGEN just upped their fees by a whole 10%.

Now they were quick to get back to me on a date when the fees going up's notice was sent, but it has since been two weeks and still no response on the internet/WIFI connection that is quite frankly up to ****!!!!

How long does a person have to wait for this place to get back to you without telling me I need to upgrade my line for cartoons!!? This is ridiculous.

How can they justify fees increasing by that amount with such bad service and connection?????
