poor service

this company has terrible after sale service. when you phone for a query don't expect any solution as they are absolutely not interested in your problem. You will never ever get any feedback. They will ask you to plug your laptop in, do some speed tests, and gone, you'll never hear from them again, as if you never called. You can even report them to their bosses. not even him will take any notice of your issue
